Your design is printed directly onto the MDF using UV inks, which cure instantly to produce a matt appearance. As MDF has a natural brown surface, white ink can be flood printed or spot printed where required to help achieve more accurate colours or create distinctive design effects. The material can also be coated before printing to produce a more vibrant result.
MDF is highly versatile when it comes to finishing and fabrication. It can be routed, pocketed, drilled, cut to shape and sealed, allowing you to create anything from straightforward rectangular panels to more detailed bespoke shapes and dimensional displays.
