Create lightweight, professional indoor displays with Printed Foamboard from The Print Room. Also known as Kappa Board, this 5mm display material features a polyurethane foam core with a paper surface, providing an extremely lightweight board that is designed to stay flat when displayed.
Your artwork is printed directly onto the board in full colour using UV inks, with a minimum print resolution of 540dpi for clear, vibrant graphics. Its lightweight construction makes it particularly well suited to hanging signs, window displays and point-of-sale graphics where a heavier rigid board is not required.
Foamboard is easy to work with and can be cut or drilled for a variety of applications. It can also be cut into bespoke 2D shapes or interlocked to create more creative 3D point-of-sale displays. As the material is very soft and can bend easily, it should be handled with care.
For additional protection or your preferred appearance, printed Foamboard can be finished with a lamination option of your choice. The board is water resistant but not waterproof, so it is designed primarily for indoor applications rather than exterior signage
