Create lightweight, durable and cost-effective signage with Printed Fluted Board from The Print Room. Often referred to as Correx, fluted board or fluted polypropylene, this twin-wall polypropylene material features an internal fluted structure that provides rigidity while remaining lightweight and easy to handle.
Your artwork is printed directly onto the board using high-resolution UV digital printing, producing sharp text, clean graphics and vibrant colours. With no need for a separately mounted print, the finished boards are practical and ready for use.
Fluted board is waterproof, weather resistant and impact resistant, making it suitable for both indoor applications and short-to-medium-term outdoor signage. It’s an excellent choice for estate agent boards, construction and site signage, event signs, directional signage, safety notices, temporary retail displays and election signage.
Available with single or double-sided printing, fluted board offers plenty of flexibility depending on how your sign will be viewed. It can also be drilled, scored and cut to shape, allowing for everything from straightforward signs to bespoke POS displays, bollard wraps and even three-dimensional structures.
